I bought this specifically for the notifications as there are plenty of free apps out there that does the same thing but they lack the notifications. However I've never gotten a single reminder to do the exercises, even though I've checked the setting multiple times. I have to remember myself and physically open the app. Very very disappointing and not worth the money at all. Stay away!!! There are free apps out there that does that the exact same thing.
I like the fact that the app logs and tracks my pelvic floor exercises. However, I have a Samsung phone and never recieve reminders which was the whole point of me getting the app. It's also very basic and boring to look at for an app that has been paid for. It would be useful to implement an element whereby you can track your bladder/bowell symptoms e.g what days you had leakage
Very effective and useful. Well worth the small amount of money. I've noticed such an improvement since starting with this back in spring 2021 even though I have, on occasion, missed sessions and even the odd day. I have a pretty basic Sony smartphone and the reminders have always worked for me.
