This review is for the App ONLY, not the WAH program (which I think is good program). My biggest gripe is that you cannot cast the workout videos to a TV. Also, the tempo adjust feature is very limited. Adding on 0.25 in speed makes a HUGE difference; having a custom slider or tempo selection would be better. Search features could be a bit better, like flagging if workouts include specific equipment. The inability to cast is a deal breaker for me, so I will be canceling my subscription.
You cannot download the videos for offline viewing. Our internet is very unreliable. I'm very disappointed with this, as it looks like a excellent app. It worked perfectly with the 7 day trial after it took the monthly subscription fee, I keep running into problems, I won't renew my subscription again.
For a paid app it is subpar. It freezes if I want to change workouts and try to go back to the main menu. I have to shut down my TV and start over. I wish it had more details about the workouts on the main screen before you select it. Useful information like length, styles and any equipment needed. I just think if I have to pay to use an app then there shouldn't be glitches and it should be easy to use. I couldn't remember my password tonight and there wasn't even an option to reset it.
