Action RO2 Spear of Odin is one of those MMORPGs that heavily emphasizes PvP combat. Since the game is mainly based on the Hack and Slash style of combat, it comes as no surprise that the developers have put in a lot of work and effort to ensure players have a fun and smooth PvP PvE experience.
GRAVITY NEOCYON's Action RO2 Spear of Odin is a newly released MMORPG game with unique combat and element-based mechanics that have separated it from the rest of the competition. Like any other MMORPG, however, the game requires a lot of grinds and has many nuances that should help you level up faster.
Cards are a pivotal part of Action RO2 Spear of Odin. All equipment has four sockets that you can equip cards on. However, besides cards being of different elements, there are other properties you need to be aware of before you can start going out for Dungeon Raids.
You should always prioritize using your best cards on your Weapon. Having better cards on a weapon will primarily let you inflict more damage, ultimately providing you with more DPS, which is crucial when raiding dungeons.
Moreover, when it comes to PvP’ing (which is quite an easy way for you to level up fast), you will notice many players who have not leveled their cards properly. If you face off against any players like these, it will be quite easy for you to understand why cards are so important in the game.
Action RO2 Spear of Odin has a specific ladder of dungeons that you can do in any order. However, to progress faster in the game, a particular order should let you flash farm mobs extremely quickly. However, you can always consider that you need to be at least level 10 before you can start grinding Dungeons properly.
When you start grinding dungeons, start from the ‘Later Stages’ variants of the Dungeons. Even though you will not get to the top, even the lowest levels have much better loot chances in general that should let you farm much more efficiently in the game.
In most MMORPGs, PvP’ing might seem counter-intuitive to getting levels fast. However, in Action RO2 Spear of Odin, PvP lets you get rewards if you win matches consecutively or generally have a good Win Rate. These rewards let you get better gear, which in turn lets you get a faster XP Rate in general.
To PvP more effectively, we recommend that you always use your best cards on your Swords and try to level up your gear more than you try leveling up your character. If you have leveled up a gear with an under-leveled character, there is a high chance that you might get matchmade with a player of the same level as you but with a much lower gear score. Usually, this means an easy win.
After you get your Daily and Weekly PvP Rewards, we recommend that you do not fight any further as it will not benefit you a lot in terms of XP.
Your character in Action RO2 Spear of Odin has particular skills and abilities. These abilities let you flash farm mobs extremely quickly. However, most players generally do not take complete advantage of all the skills that you generally have at your disposal.
You can use the Dash Ability first to get all the passive timed bonuses from dashing. Then, we recommend that you instantly start basic attacking until you have enough stacks up to make use of all your other passive abilities.
If done properly, you should be able to clear mobs extremely quickly. Do not worry too much about your Mana as the game's regen is quite high, so there is a low chance of running out of mana anytime soon, especially if you do not spam your skills for no particular reason.
Action RO2 Spear of Odin has one of the best guild systems of any MMORPG. The Guild System in this game is used to form parties and to do guild specific quests. For leveling up faster, we recommend joining guilds that have players with a high Gear Score. Teaming up and partying up with them should let you clear the game and progress much faster than usual.
Action RO2 Spear of Odin has an Auto-Battle and Auto Targeting feature with an exemplary AI feature. The advantage of using the auto-battle option is that you can sit back and go on a break while the AI grinds the game for you. Generally, the AI is less buggy than most other MMORPGs with this feature. If you are not comfortable using the Auto-Battle feature, you can still use the Auto Target feature, which reduces the time taken to get to a character and start attacking them.
Generally, Auto Battling does lend you lesser resources, so we do not recommend using it in areas where you can expect higher loot amounts. In most cases, having Auto-Battle only makes a negligible difference. Moreover, the AI might spam your health potions, which does get a tad bit annoying sometimes. So, remember unequipping excess potions.
Leveling up fast in any MMORPG is quite hard to do, especially when the game is relatively new, as many nuances regarding the game have not been explored yet. However, focusing on your equipment and trying to clear high-level dungeons while being in a Guild should significantly increase your XP Gain rate.
Moreover, it would help if you are always focused on picking up any rewards or achievements you missed in your playthrough and logging in daily, so you are always up to date on everything new in the game. Generally, leveling up in this game should take you about 2-3 weeks, depending on your overall pace.
