Arknights - Top Operators Players Should Roll For In 2024

With the large quantity and variety of Operators being released in 2024 and by knowing all of them through the CN server’s release schedule, here is a list of important top operators that players should roll for in the year 2024. Please keep in mind that we will only cover the 6* operators and the order of the Operators listed are based on their release order and not based on their importance or strength. All of these operators are extremely powerful in their own way and players should consider rolling for them.

Python

The first 6* Operator released during 2024, Typhon is a 6* Sniper Operator of the Besieger archetype, allowing her to prioritize attacking heavier enemies first and deal extra damage to enemies that are of 3 weight level and above. Her abilities allow her to deal massive amounts of enemies with her range by constantly barraging them with her arrows, stunning and piercing their defenses.

Typhon’s main skill is her 3rd skill, which allows her to instantly mark all enemies within her range and increases her own attack interval. Once marked, all enemies will be hit with a constant valley of arrows throughout the skill’s ammo duration, dealing massive amounts of physical damage to them and momentarily stunning them.

Typhon’s damage output is among the best in Arknights, making her a prime target to roll for to fulfill the damage dealer role.

Eyjafjalla the Hvít Aska - Limited Operator

Eyjafjalla the Hvít Aska is a limited 6* operator of the Wandering Medic Class, a class that specializes in healing allies in a large radius and reduces their elemental damage in addition to cleansing allies of many annoying debuffs. Eyjafjalla the Hvít Aska is the epitome of this class of operator due to her powerful skill kit.

Eyjafjalla the Hvít Aska’s skill kit allows her to massively reduce the elemental damage taken by all allies within her attack range, making it so that allies are impervious to all elemental damage as long as they are within her healing range. Her 3rd skill is the final puzzle piece that makes her absolutely broken as it allows Eyjafjalla the Hvít Aska to extend her healing range to the entire battlefield and heal allies up 5 times consecutively, making her one of the game’s best healer by a large margin.

Jessica The Liberated

Jessica The Liberated is a 6* Defender Operator of the Sentinel Protector branch which allows her to extend her attack range and even attack air-borne enemies. Jessica The Liberated is a very powerful and unique Operator in the form that she is the currently only Operator capable of changing her attacking directions preemptively with her abilities.

Jessica The Liberated is extremely unique in her ability to deploy a special Mobile Personnel Shield, which can be used to block enemies, block incoming damage and even prevent upcoming attacks against Jessica The Liberated. Once deployed, this shield will allow Jessica to immediately change her attack direction, allowing her to essentially preemptively attack 2 lanes depending how you use her Shield. This ability coupled with her 3rd skill which allows Jessica to deal a massive blow of damage to all enemies in the direction of the Shield allow Jessica The Liberated to become a very powerful and unique operator to roll for.

Virtuosa - Limited Operator

Virtuosa is a 6* Limited Operator of the Ritualist branch of Supporter Operators which specializes in inflicting enemies with special elemental damages that can be accumulated gradually, resulting in devastating damage to the enemies once the Elemental Damage meter has been filled up.

Virtuosa strong point lies in her ability to inflict all enemies in her range with the Apoptosis·Allied status on enemies, increasing their elemental damage gauge and once the gauge is filled, while inflicting them with 1000 true elemental damage instantly (2000 if the enemy is a boss) and constantly deal 800 more true elemental damage to them per second in addition to reducing their resistance by 50%. Keep in mind that elemental damage is considered a new type of damage that can’t be resisted by the enemies’ defense or resistance stats, making this ability extremely powerful and devastating to use against enemies.

In addition to this powerful ability, Virtuosa's 3rd skill is also an extremely powerful boon to all allies as it allow her to stop attacking, instead inflicting even more  Apoptosis·Allied to all enemies within her attack range and buff the allies within her attack range with the most HP, the most Attack stat and the most Defense stat. This utility makes a very powerful operator that all players should consider rolling for.

Degenbrecher

Degenbrecher is a 6* Operator of the Swordmaster Archetype of Guard Operator, allowing all of her attacks to deal 2 times the damage due to them being counted as double strikes and 2 instances of damage. Degenbrecher’s strong point lies in her extremely powerful burst damage potential when accounting for her class ability and her 3rd skill combined.

Degenbrecher’s class allows all of her attacks to do essentially double damage in exchange for some decrease in stats. Degenbrecher’s main gimmick lies in her special Tremble debuff whenever her attacks lands on the enemies, which prevents enemies from doing any normal attacks when blocked by operators on the field. This debuff helps prevent enemies from attacking in many cases, ensuring the overall survivability of allies that are blocking large amounts of enemies at the same time.

Degenbrecher’s main skill is her 3rd skill, which when activated, allow her to immediately do 10 slashes against at most 6 enemies within a diamond shaped range, dealing massive amounts of Physical damage to all of them with each slash and have a 100% chance to inflict them with the Tremble debuff, preventing from attacking her while she do her skill. Furthermore, once all 10 slashes have been unleashed, she will do an additional massive blast of Physical damage to all enemies within range and pull them towards herself, allowing her to not only deal with large groups of enemies by defeating them but also crowd control large groups of enemies. Players should also keep in mind that her class also allows this skill to be counted as 2 damage instance, which increases her damage output even further, making her one of the game’s operator with the best burst damage potential in short amount of time, skyrocketing her viability and make her one of the operators that players should aim to roll for.
