Call of Duty - Mobile has completed the first year as a mobile game this last October.

Call of Duty - Mobile: Beginners Guide to become Pro Player.

Call of Duty - Mobile is a replica of Call of Duty Pc. The game has thrill and what you can hope for in an action game. COD is developed by TiMi Studios and Tencent Games and is published by Activision. You might have recognized Tencent Games who are also the developers of PUBG Mobile.

The game has Battle Royale, Team Deathmatch, Ranked and Normal Matches, Customize Layouts, and different weapons (which you can achieve as you progress further). The overall gameplay is smooth, the graphics are amazing; the UI system is easy even for beginners.

If you have played PUBG Mobile, Rules of Survival, or even COD Pc, then you know what we are talking about. This article is for those who just started playing the game. Even though the game is straightforward, but some might find it overwhelming. So, without further ado, let's get started.

Game Modes:

The best part about Call of duty Mobile is that you are up against real players, not AI bots, so you have to play wisely. Call of Duty has two modes as of now: Multiplayer and Battle Royale.

In Multiplayer, you and four other players fight with another team of five players. Whoever scores fifty kills first wins the match by default. You can die and spawn again but be careful; the map is complicated, and it's fast-paced. The match will be over before you can think, so you better bring your A-game.

Multiplayer mode has different modes in it. It has a 10v10 Rust, Ready to Take OFF, Hardcore Collection, Capture and Hold, and Secondary School mode available for every player. However, in ranked multiplayer, you can only play two modes Team Deathmatch and Domination. Other than that, you can play practice matches to enhance your game style.

In BR Mode (Battle Royale), you have multiple options. You can play solo vs. solo, duo vs. duo, squad vs. squad, solo vs. duo, and solo vs. squad. Whichever you choose, you will be up against 99 other players, and your job is to be the last man alive in the battleground. Loot weapons, healing stuff, etc. to survive.

There is no restriction whatsoever; you can play solo vs. solo or solo vs. squad, etc. it's your choice. However, you should play in a squad to understand how COD works if you have never played any action games like COD Mobile and PUBG Mobile. You can also communicate/talk with other players to ask for tips or guide if you need one.

Ranked Matches:

Ranked matches will be unlocked at a certain level. During that time, you will be able to play other modes. The reason why you can't play ranked matches is to keep the environment healthy.

In ranked matches, you can fight other players and push your rank further to earn rewards. Rank matches feature Multiplayer and Battle Royale in which you can compete with other players and show your skills. The overall rank will be shown on the left side.

After you unlock rank matches, you will be able to play and push your rank according to your liking. However, it is recommended not to play rank matches until you understand the game's basics. Adjust your setting and practice in normal matches. Only join rank matches if you already play other action games like PUBG Mobile.

Weapons:

COD features Assault Rifles, Snipers, Light Machine Guns (LMG), SMG, Shotgun, and Marksman. You can acquire weapons through leveling up or by using in-game currency.

You will also get free skins of guns, which you can use in Multiplayer and Battle Royale mode. COD also added a feature that allows you to upgrade your guns to do more damage. You can earn Weapon XP Cards via both modes and use those cards to upgrade the gun you use mostly in Multiplayer matches.

You can increase the range, damage, fire rate, accuracy, mobility, and control. All of this can be increase by using material which you can get by playing Multiplayer mode.

All of the upgrading and material attachment is only for Multiplayer modes so that you can have more fun. This allows active users to upgrade their guns faster than other players, which is quite a good move. If you are a new COD player, you will be matched according to your level in both BR and Multiplayer Mode.

Profile:

Your profile tells a lot about you, including what kind of player you are and your progress in the game. Believe it or not, but the player usually judges you by your level and K/D. You can change your name using a renaming card, which is not recommended because you will be asked to change your name before joining a clan. You might have to add a few alphabets to show everyone you belong to this clan.

In profile, you will be able to see your progress in Multiplayer and BR mode. You can see your MVP status, games you played, top 3 rankings, kills, K/D, and Avg. Accuracy, which pushes you to work harder to become the best player in COD. Other than that, you can find the history of last played matches and how you perform.

Settings:

You have to adjust the setting at any cost. If you want to become a pro player, you need to customize layout, sensitivity, and other settings. It is recommended to use advanced mode and Hip Fire for every gun.

In Hip Fire, you will have to open scope and fire. Below the firing mode, you will find the option " Custom Layout." You can change firing buttons, scope, map, and other on-screen buttons in the Custom Layout. You can also set the scale and opacity of the buttons according to your liking. Make sure to adjust both MP and BR mode layouts.

Next up is basics, in which you can turn on AIM assist, which is recommended as it helps you a lot in combat. Also, turn on the Prone button; other than that, you don't need to change other settings. The prone button will be attached to the crouch button as default, so you have to turn that option off to get the prone button.

Audio and Graphics depends on your phone. Playing at high graphics will heat your phone, which will slow down your game if you are using a normal mobile device. If you are using/playing on an android emulator, then don't worry about it and play at very high graphics. Frame Rate should be at max for a better gaming experience.

Sensitivity is what explains how far you can shoot and kill an enemy. You will not be able to control the weapon's recoil if your sensitivity is very high or low. It is best to adjust your sensitivity according to your liking because every device is different from others.

If a setting is perfect for one device, it doesn't mean it will be perfect for all devices unless it's the same phone. Remember this while adjusting the sensitivity setting. The recoil will become harder to control if you go a lot higher than the default setting, and the same goes for the lower setting. So, go into practice mode and adjust your settings there.

Conclusion:

Call of Duty - Mobile beginners' guide ends here. We have shared a general idea of what you can do in different modes, how you can adjust/customize your settings, and how you can acquire different weapons. Other than that, it all depends on how you play during Battle Royale mode and Multiplayer mode.

Keep in mind; both modes are quite different. Battle Royale is a slow-paced battleground, whereas Multiplayer is a fast-paced, quick match. Choose your weapons and skins of your liking and use equipment to dominate your opponents. Adjust your settings, customize your layouts, and practice as much as possible to become one of the best Call of Duty players.
