Moonlight Sculptor is a mobile MMORPG that follows the traditional MMORPG combat system but adds twists. The game's combat system is highly dependent on how a player utilizes each Class's skills. Each player has different skills to choose from, ranging from Healing Buffs to High DPS AOE attacks. Below is everything you need to know to master these in-game skills and use them to your advantage.
There are a few things a player must need to know to have a firm grip regarding everything skill-related in-game. These prerequisites mainly are the rarities, levels, classes, and recommended builds. Each of these things will highly affect the outcome of each battle and help you minimize your time expenditure and resources.
Each skill in the game has nine tiers. These tiers represent how strong a weapon's stats are and how many extra buffs it gets. To increase the skill level of a skill, a player needs Skill books that can be obtained from many different means in-game. The last thing that will be mandatory for each player to increase their skill level is having a good amount of gold to upgrade their skill level. Once you have all these things, you can increase your skill level.
There are a few different ways in-game that a player can get their hands on these skill books in-game. However, the best way is to just grind with your hero overnight in a certain place and wake up to a good chunk of Skill Books. Apart from grinding for each Skill Book, a player can also buy them in the store for 15 butterflies which can be really expensive for F2P players. So if you are a new player and trying to get your hand on some Skill Books, try grinding in a zone like Barkan Catacombs.
Skill Books and Advanced Skill Books:
A player needs around three hundred and forty skill books to increase a common rarity skill from tier 1 to tier 9. After which, he needs some Essence of Enlightenment to increase it to uncommon rarity, which will reset the skill to tier 1. Now the player will require almost two thousand books to increase to take the book from tier 1 to 9. After which, you would need to get Master Essence, allowing you to increase your skill to Heroic Rarity.
Heroic Rarity is the highest rarity skill in the game, and they are very expensive to update. Heroic rarity skills require Advance Skill Books which are very hard to come by due to their rarity. However, there are two ways to get these books. One is to buy it from a shop, but they are very expensive, so it's not advised. The second way is to craft them using the required resources.
How to Craft Advanced Skill Books:
To craft an Advanced Skill Book, a player needs to find an Alchemist Crafting table. There is one related in almost every safe zone, so they won't be hard to come by. After interacting with one, you need to go to Skill Growth. Here you will be able to see an option to craft Advanced Skill Book. The required items that you would need to craft one would be a normal Skill Book and Advanced Skill book pages. These skill book pages are very rare, and the only way for you to get them is by grinding the game and fighting different monsters. After getting the required ingredients, all you need is some Gold.
The essence of Enlightenment is a resource in-game, which is crucial for a player who wants to increase his skill rarity. The essence of Enlightenment can be found as a drop loot from Map bosses. Each Map boss has a chance of dropping Essence of Enlightenments, and sometimes they may even drop three or four of them if you are lucky enough. Five of Essence Enlightenment is needed to increase a skill's rarity from common to uncommon. Essence on Enlightenment is also present in the in-game shop, which costs 20 butterflies for each jar which isn't really the best deal for your butterflies.
Master Essence Choice:
Once you hit tier 9 at an uncommon rarity skill, you need five of Master Essence Choice chests. These chests will help a player to increase the rarity of his skill from uncommon to heroic. There are only two ways to get Master Essence Choice in Moonlight Sculptor. The easy but expensive way is just to buy a Master Essence Choice Chest from the shop. This will cost you 80 butterflies for one and will end up costing you 400 for five, which is a very bad deal for a free to play player. You can choose which Class of Master Essence you want once you open the chest up.
The second and free to play friendly way to get Master Essence Choice in-game is to go to Livias, which is a safe zone in Moonlight Sculptor. On the map, you will be able to see a book symbol navigate to it, and here you will find all the Skill Masters in the game. You need to find the Skill Master for your Class and interact with him or her and start gifting different kinds of rare or heroic loot.
Each Rare Loot will give you seven Honor points, and each Heroic Loot will give you 30. Each day you will be able only to donate ten of these gifts. The more gifts you give to the Skill Master, the higher your Honor level will be, and once your Honor level is high enough, you will be able to buy a blueprint. This blueprint will allow you to craft a Master Essence depending on what ingredients you use.
To craft a Master Essence, you will need the Essence of Enlightenment and Crystals related to your Class. For example, if you are a warrior, you will need a strength crystal with some Essence Enlightenment to create a Master Essence. You can craft the Master Essence at any nearby Alchemy Table.

These skills are organized in such a way that each set of skills define a specific class in-game. Each skill in the game is scalable, and the level and percentage damage depend on skills Levels and Rarity. Below is a list of all the skills that each Class possesses and the recommended skill type for the Class. [X] percent depends on the level and rarity of the skill.
Warriors have very high Damage per second in-game, and to go along with it, it has a medium to high defence depending on the armour it has. However, the accuracy of this Class at the beginning of the game is very low, which makes it a bit based on RNG. The warrior class is the second-highest damage-dealing Class in the game and uses STR as their main stat.

Due to AGI being its main stats, the Scultoper Class has high accuracy and high evasion.
