AyYo app Description
With the help of Ayurveda (the doctrine of life) and Yoga (to unite, unite), the AyYo app has been created. The tool contains workouts, recipes and exercises that can easily be taken on the trip, used at home or in hotels and offices.
Using the AyYo App can be used as one of your tools to find, and maintain, the right balance for you. The tool is created with the possibility of conducting a self-test, which can give an indication of what, right now, is best for you and which dosage or dosages dominate with you.
There are several ready-made workouts, most of which are between 15 - 30 minutes long, which are called Vata, Pitta and Kapha. But if you would rather create your own passports, there is that possibility. You have access to an exercise library where you can filter on each dosha and on e.g. calm, vitality, focus, energy. If you want to perform specific exercises for a longer time than the three preset minutes, that's fine. The app also contains a recipe database to inspire nutrition that is good for you.
In the calendar you have the opportunity to plan workouts, exercises and recipes. Of course, you can log the exercises, sessions and recipes, both with feeling before and after, and add your own comment about how you experienced the session, etc.
