- Access to a Robust Video On Demand Library so you can workout whenever it works for you!
- Various workout lengths to fit even the busiest schedules (Categories include: 5-15 minutes, 15-30 minutes, 30-45 minutes, and 45-60+ minutes) all the way up to 60 minutes and everything in between!
- Monthly Member Workout Calendars
- 4 & 6 Week Programs & Challenges that are expertly phased to bust plateaus (4-6 released per year)
- A Strong focus on Community that includes: Multiple Chat Walls, a Custom Social Feed for the Conversations you want to follow, and the ability to connect with other Members directly
