His book “Talbees Iblis” is one of Ibn al-Jawzi’s famous books, which he wrote at the end of his life, and he began it with an introduction, in some of which he says: As for what follows, the greatest blessings for man is the mind, because it is the instrument of knowledge of God Almighty, and the reason by which he arrives at believing the Messengers.. .

Then he introduces us to his book: This is a book that I have put in a narcotic from Satan’s temptation and frightened by his ordeal, revealing his hidden arrogance and exposing him in the hidden arrogance. Ibn al-Jawzi divided his book into thirteen chapters.

In this book, Ibn al-Jawzi tries to uncover the deviations of many people due to their distance from the guidance of the prophets and their ignorance of the religion, and to trace what was common in his time (which is similar to our current reality) of misleading innovations, intrusive ideas and delinquent behavior, in order to warn people against them. The book is important to reach true knowledge, reform, the right path, and beliefs that are not tainted by suspicion or illusions.

Ibn al-Jawzi attributed most of the reasons for the spread of misguidance in the world and the reasons for these ignorances to infiltrate human souls to the devil, and he clothed him, tamed and deceived him. Explain the similarities with which Satan confused the types of people by researching, excavating and criticizing, while revealing the correct and corrupt issues based on the textual and rational evidence and the examples that the sense and conscience testify to.
There are several interpretations to achieve and revise this book, as it contains unsubstantiated chains of transmission and incorrect stories
