About us
The Charity Association for the Care of the Disabled was established in Hail - Hadka on Rajab 17, 1432 AH, registration number (605), by issuance of the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs No. (75970) according to the list of charitable associations and institutions operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Providing integrated programs and services of high quality for persons with disabilities and their families in Hail, to build their personality through effective partnerships with governmental and private community institutions participating in the formulation of policies, regulations and charitable programs in a way that guarantees the rights of people with disabilities and creates suitable conditions and environment to be a good citizen with contributions to the development of society.
