This App has been great so far! It's Really easy to use and manage. No issues at all *update, so the app has always been easy to use and simple as far as the selling process goes. Now it seems the shipping prices are getting out of hand. I'm also noticing I'm not receiving all notifications. I may receive something on my phone but then when I go to the app I don't see the notification. I've also seen similar items going for way more than the app allows me to price my items...why is that?
I used to like this app, but when it updates it seems to get slower and chunkier every time. Now they added service fees when you purchase something which seem very high. I had an expensive, but a very fair priced item in the cart but the service fee made it too expensive and I did not purchase it. I would no longer recommend this app and will not switch back to EBay.
I have used this app for about a year now to both buy and sell and have had zero issues until they update the terms of service at 1am with no notice to change several things that are going to ruin both the buying and selling experience. They changed it so sellers have 0 fees but now buyers have them, and the return policy has changed so items can be returned for any reason at all if it's within a 3 day window, and ALL standard bank transfers have a $2 fee. This makes no sense.
