Marriage Law
Marriage is sunnah law for those who already feel the need. A free person (not a slave) may have up to four wives, while a slave may only have two wives. A free person may not marry a slave girl except under two conditions;
1. Not able to give dowry for free women
2. Worried about falling into adultery
The Law of Seeing Women
Seeing it a man in a woman there are seven types:
1. Looking at non-mahrams without a need, it is not permissible
2. Looking at his wife and female slaves, it is permissible to see the whole body except the genitals
3. Looking at her mahram or her married slave girl, it is permissible to see other than between the navel and the knees.
4. Seeing a woman to marry, then you can see her face and both hands
5. Seeing women in the context of treatment, it is permissible to look at the parts that are really needed (in treatment)
6. Looking at a woman in the framework of testimony or muamalah, it is permissible to see only her face
7. Seeing a female slave when she is going to buy it, she may look at the parts needed
