Marriage Law is Sunnah

This is the legal standard of marriage for most people, that marriage is a sunnah law, some even convey it until the sunnah is muakkadah. So getting married is good.

But in fact it cannot be absolute that marriage is sunnah; because it turns out that in many literacies, scholars also mention that there is a condition whereby marriage becomes sunnah. So it's not absolute.

To say that it is sunnah to marry, there are several provisions stipulated by the scholars in each of their schools.

A. Healthy Body, Healthy Money

Imam Nawawi gave conditions for being able to get married to be said as sunnah, with the condition that there is the ability to have sexual intercourse; in the sense that he is physically healthy which allows him to give offspring.

Apart from being healthy in body, Imam Nawawi also requires the financial ability to finance a marriage in which there is a dowry as well as the ability to support himself and his wife later for their daily needs.
