Puasa Syarat Rukun Membatalkan Description
This Android application is Fasting Requirements, Pillars, Cancellations. In PDF format.
Author : Ahmad Sarwat, Lc., MA.
Terms of fasting are divided into two kinds. The first is the obligatory condition of fasting, where if these conditions are met, a person becomes legally obligated to fast. The second is the legal condition of fasting, where a person is fasting if he fulfills these conditions.
Obligatory conditions mean things that make a person obligated to fast. If one of these conditions is not fulfilled in a person, then fasting in Ramadan is not obligatory on him. Or vice versa, Ramadan fasting will only be mubah, sunnah, or even haram.
In the books of fiqh that are ultimate, scholars have conducted various studies on the conditions that oblige a person to fast in the month of Ramadan.
Jumhur scholars agreed that the first mandatory condition for fasting was that only people who embraced Islam were required to fast. Meanwhile, those who are not Muslim are not required to fast.
This is because the book that commands fasting is preceded by the title: O you who believe. That is, those who do not believe are not invited to the conversation, so they are not obliged to fast.
