The name of the prayer li hurmatil-waqt is a combination of 3 sentences; namely Prayer, Li, Hurmah, and also al-Waqt.

A series of certain utterances and movements that begin with takbir and end with greetings, are carried out with certain intentions and conditions.

So don't take it that the prayer material in this booklet is a different type of prayer. This is the usual prayer. It's just that there are a number of things that later make this prayer called a term that may be foreign to some circles.
