There's an update called Version 20H2 for Windows 10 users but during the upgrade installation of the latest version, "What needs your attention" alert will pop up to prevent the process. You will be asked to remove all the software that are using the VirtualBox app so as to proceed with the next step of the update.
Method 1: Update LDPlayer to version 4.0.63/3.121 or higher
Method 2: Delete The VirtualBox.exe File
If LDPlayer users really need to update their Windows 10 to this latest version of 20H2, the solution is to delete the VirtualBox.exe file in the following two folders first, wait for the Windows system to be upgraded and installed, and then restore them from Recycle Bin.
You can find the VirtualBox file in the following two paths:
C:\Program Files\dnplayerext2
C:\Program Files\ldplayerbox
(Note: Please close the emulator before deleting the VirtualBox file to prevent errors in the emulator)
Method 3: Uninstall LDPlayer and Other Virtual Machine Devices
If method 1 failed, you can perform a backup operation in Multi-LDPlayer, then remove all emulators and virtual machine devices, wait for the Windows system to be upgraded and installed, and then download and install LDPlayer, virtual machine and other programs again.
