Batal Dan Batil Dalam Muamalah Description
This Android application is an explanation of null and void in muamalah by Hanif Luthfi, Lc., MA. In PDF format.
Batil and cancel in Arabic originally had the same meaning. The difference is that vanity is in the form of isim fa'il. Meanwhile, cancellation is in the form of fi'il madhi.
It's just that in the use of Indonesian, the two words have a slight difference. Cancel means not valid; invalid. Whereas batil means null and can also be the opposite of al-haq or truth.
In muamalah, there are several things that are considered vanity because the objects that are the objects of buying and selling include things that were prohibited by the Prophet SAW to be traded.
Even though it is prohibited to be traded, it is not always forbidden to consume it. Just as it is forbidden to consume, it does not mean that it is forbidden to be traded. For more details, please read this simple book.
