Jika Dalil Bertentangan Description
This Android application is an Explanation About If the Proposition Contradicts By Firman Arifandi,, LL.B., LL.M. In PDF format.
If the Proof Contradicts
The discussion around the propositions when talking about amaliyah issues in religion, is a very exciting material to study. Because of the excitement, many forget that any differences that come out of the ijtihad of the scholars are one of them because the arguments used by each scholar seem to contradict one another.
The funny thing is, today's religious students forget about this side, so just because their argument is different from the others to the point that they consider other arguments that are contrary to their argument to be considered weak, wrong, or even fake, they don't even hesitate to the level of avoiding, hostile, to disbelief. Even though ancient scholars had made detailed formulations what if there were contradictory arguments. This was made so that today we don't argue too much about what they really don't have control over.
Many are frothy arguing about contradictory propositions, like debates between researchers and professional practitioners. Debates among Muslims regarding these different arguments do not only occur in academia, but have also entered the coffee shop level. Ironically, as soon as they were asked what the definition of argument was, each of them then opened their cellphones to find out.
Departing from this funny fact, the author tries to present this little book in front of all readers. It is hoped that through this brief study of ushul fiqh that we summarize, we will be able to provide adequate enlightenment regarding the arguments, especially when there is a contradiction between one argument and another.
