Salmo 32 Description
1 How happy is he who has his transgressions forgiven and his sins blotted out!
2 How happy is he to whom the Lord does not blame and in whom there is no hypocrisy!
3 While I kept my sins hidden, my body wasted away from groaning.
4 For day and night your hand was heavy on me; my strength ran out as in a time of drought.
5 Then I recognized my sin before you, and I did not cover up my faults. I said, "I will confess my transgressions," to the Lord, and you forgave the guilt of my sin.
6 Therefore, let all who are faithful pray to you while you may be found; when the many waters rise, they will not reach them.
7 You are my shelter; thou shalt preserve me from troubles and surround me with songs of deliverance.
8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will advise you and take care of you.
9 Do not be like a horse or an ass, which has no understanding but needs to be controlled with bridles and reins; otherwise they do not obey.
10 Many are the pains of the wicked, but the goodness of the Lord protects those who trust in him.
11 Rejoice in the Lord and be glad, you who are righteous! Sing for joy, all you who are upright in heart!
