Hijrah Perspektif Fiqih Islam Description
This Android application is an Explanation of Hijrah in the Perspective of Islamic Jurisprudence by Isnan Ansory, Lc., M.Ag. In PDF format.
In the last days of the month of Dzulhijjah (the last month in the Hijriyyah calendar), Muslims are reminded of a major event that occurred in the life of the Prophet Muhammad - shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam -, namely the event of his migration from Mecca to Medina.
An event which became the beginning of the year for the establishment of the Islamic calendar during the time of the caliph Umar bin Khattab, which became known as the Hijriyyah calendar (hijriy dates).
Indeed, factually, the event of the Prophet's migration - shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam - did not occur in the month of Muharram (the first month in the Hijriyyah calendar), but occurred at the end of the month of Shofar (second month) and ended at the beginning of the month of Robi'ul Awal (third month). However, the tradition of the Arab nation which makes the month of Muharram the month at the beginning of the year, makes the event of the Prophet's migration commemorated before entering the month of Muharram.
Therefore, at the moment of the end of the current month of Dzulhijjah in 1441 H, through this simple writing, the author wants to contribute to the treasures of Islamic literature through the study of migration from the perspective of jurisprudence. At the same time discussing a term related to the root of the word hijrah, but used in Islamic jurisprudence outside the context of the issue of migration and the values contained therein.
The hope is that this article can add insight to readers. At the same time knowledge to be able to use a term proportionally according to the context.
Systematically, this paper is divided into two major themes, namely the discussion of hijrah in the perspective of fiqh and the discussion of the term hajr as the root word of the term hijrah.
Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
