Fiqih Sosial Description
This Android application is an Explanation About the Purpose of Social Fiqh by Ahmad Sarwat, Lc. MA. In PDF format.
Talking about social fiqh is actually not far from the theme of maintaining social order and peace in society. At least, therein lies a phenomenon that we can easily see.
The author had an interesting experience when he gave a lecture in Japan in 2008. At that time, the third cycle event which was held at the Republic of Indonesia School in Tokyo (SRIT) was breaking for a night's sleep. Some of the participants who came from other cities in Japan were sitting around chatting in the courtyard, while relaxing.
Suddenly, a Tokyo police officer on a bicycle arrives, giving a warning that originally came from a complaint report from a nearby neighbor.
Apparently there are residents around SRIT who are disturbed to hear the sound of people chatting outside. Even though those who chatted were not chatting on the street, but still in their own yard.
In vain, the leadership of the SRIT asked the participants who were chatting outside to enter the building.
I witnessed with my own eyes how orderly these Japanese people are. Even though they are not Muslim, they have never even read the Al-Quran or Sunnah. It's just that in terms of respecting public rights, I think they understand much more.
From there I was moved to write about this social fiqh theme.
