Pengantar Fiqih Jenazah Description
This Android application is an Introduction to the Fiqh of the Corpse - Sutomo Abu Nashr. In PDF format.
The Urgency of the Fiqh of the Corpse
Rasulullah SAW said, "An intelligent person is he who prepares himself by doing good deeds for life after death". From this Hadith, we are taught about who the so-called intelligent person actually is. It turns out that in view of this hadith, being intelligent is not having a high IQ, being full of academic achievements, being able to memorize various courses and subjects and so on. But a smart figure is he who always carries out Allah's commands and stays away from his prohibitions in preparation for death.
1. Fardhu Kifayah
The first urgency is regarding the law on the management of the corpse itself which is agreed upon as an obligation. Even though the nature of the obligation is “merely” kifayah which can be dropped if there are several people who have done it, under certain conditions, it is possible that no one can do it because they do not know the knowledge.
So it would be wise if we then took part in the kifayah obligation. Isn't this also part of gathering supplies for the long journey after death? Especially if we are the deceased's closest family. Of course we are more entitled than others. Especially if the deceased even had a will that we were asked to take care of his body.
Moreover, today more and more people are handing over the management of corpses to people who are referred to as special corpse officers. What is unique, this special officer is known in some places by the term amil. Of course this mention must be straightened out.
However, unfortunately our society still relies heavily on the existence of special 'officers' who are actually voluntary. The number of volunteers is very limited in certain areas or complexes, forced to serve a number of bodies in their respective areas.
Hopefully this application can be useful and become a loyal friend in the learning process at any time, anytime and anywhere without having to be online.
Please provide a 5 star review or rating to encourage us to create and develop other useful applications.
Thank You.
Happy reading.
