Buying and selling al-urbuun is when someone buys a slave or rents a vehicle and then states, "I will give you one dinar or dirham with the condition that if I buy or rent it, the money is included from the garga. And if it fails to buy or fails to rent it, the money what I have given is yours for vanity without anything in exchange."
