The discussion related to the problem of theorem is one of the main discussions in the Science of Ushul Fiqh. How could it not be so, one of the main objects in ushul fiqh is the proposition itself.
One of the main syar'i propositions is As-Sunnah. Even though both are revelations that come from Allah, from a historical and technical point of view, their written preparation is different from the compilation of the Al-Qur'an. This causes the discussion of As-Sunnah to be an interesting discussion to study.
One of the important studies is in terms of the types of As-Sunnah which are divided based on their history into Mutawatir and Ahad.
On this occasion, the author will discuss the profanity of Sunday hadith, both in matters of aqidah and in matters of fiqh (law). Where in this paper will be discussed how the views of the scholars in this matter, both the majority and the minority.
This discussion is important, so that we as Muslims know more deeply what is the sunnah of the Prophet -sallallahu 'alahi wa sallam- which is his legacy that we must uphold.
